A psychology-trained care practitioner and educator with 12+ years of childcare experience and an MSc in Psychology. I’ve supported children and families through early development, big transitions, and emotionally intense moments by centering what children need most: safety, attunement, and consistent care.
I’m also the former Founder and Co-Director of MAPP (Mindfulness, Art & Play Program), a program created to support emotional intelligence and wellbeing through creativity and mindfulness. That foundation still shapes everything I do today: my work is rooted in play, nervous system care, and the belief that healing doesn’t have to be harsh to be real.
Alongside early childhood work, I offer therapeutic coaching for teens and adults, with focus areas including LGBTQ+ identity, migration and belonging, polyamory and relational support, and the impact of race and power on our emotional lives. My approach is trauma-informed, identity-affirming, and practical support that helps you feel steadier, clearer, and more resourced in your body and your choices.
Care with Lewis is a space where softness and strategy can exist together.
